The Topping Out ceremony at Cheetham Health Centre was held on Thursday 23rd November 2006.

John Moran of Laing O’Rourke welcomed all the guests to the event and outlined the history of the Topping Out ceremony.

John Harrop CEO of Manchester PCT confirmed that he was very pleased with the building and what it represents for the people of Manchester.

The Cheetham centre is an improved modernised building in line with other developments in the area, bringing in two mainstream general practices, pharmacy plus other NHS services.
